LIAISON OFFICER (Based in Chuuk)

The Liaison Officer will be playing an integral role in managing the buyer/suppliers relationships. He/she will be overseeing 1) farm management to improve PGS farm production; 2) initiate the trade with the suppliers; and 3) collection of information and data from PGS farm/CTP supplier to enable us to improve business processes, procedures, and organizational architecture to mature the CTP supply chain.

The CIDU Liaison Officer responsibilities will also include developing strong relationships with existing PGSs/ Suppliers and connecting with stakeholders and preparing PGS/Supplier maturity and issues reports.

• To demonstrate a strong knowledge and expertise of agriculture management

• To meet the needs of our stakeholders through excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

Knowledge & Experience

We are seeking individuals with:

College degree in agriculture, business or relevant field Minimum 5 years experience in agriculture industry Experience in community engagements Computer Literate (MS Office, especially Excel)	More than 5 years of experience in the agriculture extension field Farm production management for existing and potential crops Experience with coconut nursery and replanting initiatives
