VITAL REAFFIRMS CONTINUED SERVICES IN THE REGION
Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia – As the world is on a heightened state of crisis due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and while Micronesia braces itself as reports reveal a growing number of confirmed cases in the region, the Vital Group would like to reaffirm Our Mission to Our Valued Customers: to deliver affordable, accessible, and available high quality energy products and services to each of the communities we serve. The health, safety, security and well-being of Our Families, Our Communities and Our Nations are of the utmost importance to Vital. To do our part in minimizing the risk of Our People contracting or contributing to the spread of the virus, Vital will reduce the number of Staff manning our facilities to a minimal level until further notice.
Our service commitment remains unchanged: Customer Orders placed by 10am will be fulfilled by 5:00pm the next working day.
“It is now really important that customers plan and order their product requirements within our defined service commitments. We will have smaller teams operating each facility, and we may not be able to accommodate same day deliveries as we have in the past,” says Vital Chief Executive Officer Mr. Jared Morris.
Contracted customers with scheduled services outside of normal operating hours, such as airlines, are unlikely to be affected.

Nan Pohnmal Power Plant – For essential services only; closed to the Public.

Nauru – Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Guam – For scheduled deliveries only.
