Vital FSM Petroleum Corporation Mourns the Passing of Chief Financial Officer Cherish Mendiola
FSM, 22 May 2026, 8:00 am — Vital FSM Petroleum Corporation (“Vital FSMPC”) is deeply saddened to announce the passing of our Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Cherish Mendiola, in Pohnpei, 21 May 2026.
Ms. Mendiola was a highly respected leader whose dedication, professionalism, and steadfast commitment to Vital FSMPC made a lasting impact on the Corporation. Throughout her service, she demonstrated exceptional integrity, leadership, and compassion, earning the respect and admiration of colleagues, partners, stakeholders, and the wider community.
Her guidance and tireless contributions played a significant role in strengthening the Corporation and supporting its continued growth and development. She will be remembered not only for her professional excellence, but also for the wisdom, kindness, and grace she brought to those around her.
