FSM Petroleum Corporation Appoints Johnny Adolph as Chief Operating Officer
FSM, 31 July 2026, 12:00— The Vital FSM Petroleum Corporation (Vital FSMPC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Johnny Adolph as the Corporation’s inaugural Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately.
The appointment marks an important milestone in the continued evolution of Vital Energy as the Corporation strengthens its leadership capability to deliver safe, reliable and commercially sustainable energy services throughout the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM).
Throughout his career with Vital FSMPC, Mr. Adolph has demonstrated outstanding leadership across enterprise governance, operational resilience, strategic planning, business continuity, organizational performance and corporate transformation. His work has helped strengthen the Corporation’s operational capability while supporting the development of a modern, accountable and customer-focused energy company.
As the COO, Mr. Adolph will provide executive leadership for the Corporation’s operational businesses, ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient delivery of petroleum, aviation, electricity and other energy services across the nation. He will also lead the execution of the Corporation’s operational strategy, asset stewardship, customer service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Jared Morris said the appointment reflects both Mr. Adolph’s proven leadership and the Corporation’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence.

Mr. Morris said the establishment of the Chief Operating Officer role is part of the Board’s long-term vision to strengthen executive leadership and support the Corporation’s continued growth.
